Forged Vaelor Research LLC currently facilitates shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to ensure the shortest possible transit times and to maintain strict adherence to domestic laboratory standards.

 

II. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing: Orders begin processing once payment has been confirmed, not at the time of placement.
  • Handling Time: Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipping generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and the courier service selected at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear on the carrier’s website.

 

III. General Shipping Terms

  • Dispatch Schedule: Shipments are not processed or dispatched on weekends or national holidays.
  • External Factors: Delivery timeframes may be affected by extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal order volumes. Forged Vaelor Research LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Signature Requirement: To protect the integrity of high-value research, orders valued at $250 or more may require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive this, please contact us immediately after placement, though this increases your risk of loss.

 

IV. Cold Chain & Storage

  • Lyophilized Stability: Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for maximum stability during transit at ambient temperatures.
  • Recipient Responsibility: It is the researcher’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to retrieve the package upon delivery. We strongly recommend immediate refrigeration at 2°C – 8°C (36°F – 46°F) to ensure long-term analytical integrity.
  • Heat Exposure: Forged Vaelor Research LLC is not liable for product degradation caused by packages being left in mailboxes or outdoors for extended periods after delivery.

 

V. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Verification: Please verify that all shipping details are entered accurately before submitting your order.
  • Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

 

VI. Lost or Stolen Packages

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Forged Vaelor Research LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely to ensure a secure hand-off.
