I. Overview: Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the highly sensitive nature of lyophilized research materials and the strict regulatory requirements governing the chemical supply chain, Forged Vaelor Research LLC cannot accept returns or issue refunds under standard circumstances. Once a product has left our climate-controlled facility, its analytical integrity cannot be verified for resale; therefore, we must enforce a strict “No Return” policy to protect the quality of our inventory for all researchers.

 

II. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Finality of Purchase: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Researchers are advised to review their cart and shipping details with total accuracy before submitting payment.
  • Exceptions: In the extremely rare event that a cancellation request is received and processed before the order has entered our fulfillment queue, a processing fee may apply. However, once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered legally executed.

 

III. Refund Exclusions

Forged Vaelor Research LLC does not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer satisfaction guarantees on research chemicals.
  • User Error: This includes ordering the incorrect compound, incorrect quantity, or failing to store the product at the required 2°C – 8°C (36°F – 46°F) upon receipt.
  • Refused Delivery: If a shipment is refused by the researcher or returned to sender, the purchase price is forfeited.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for “porch piracy” or theft from mailrooms once the carrier confirms delivery.

 

IV. Reshipment Policy (Verified Errors Only)

Reshipments are considered only in cases of verified fulfillment errors or shipping damage that meet the documentation requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Fulfillment Errors: If we ship the incorrect compound or a missing quantity is verified through our internal audit.
  • In-Transit Damage: If a vial is physically compromised (cracked or broken) prior to the carrier marking it as delivered.

 

V. Documentation Requirements for Claims

  1. Full Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video showing the shipping label, the opening of the box, and the inspection of each vial.
  2. Photographic Evidence: High-resolution photos of the damaged items and the original packing slip.
  3. Statement of Fact: A brief description of the error or damage.

Claims submitted without a full unboxing video will be automatically denied.

 

VI. Chargeback Policy

Forged Vaelor Research LLC takes a zero-tolerance stance toward fraudulent chargebacks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any chargeback filed for a delivered, stolen, or “change of mind” package will be vigorously disputed using your digital signature, IP address at the time of purchase, and carrier delivery confirmation. Furthermore, filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our Services.
